Our full service importing starts with your idea or problem, and ends with you taking possession at your door. Everything in between is professionally managed by our team. We handle aspects such as factory vetting, factory audits, QA checks, materials testing, clearing customs, international freight, and domestic freight. During the day we work with you to capture scope and share updates, at night our PM team communicates with our international colleagues and factories to execute on your behalf.

Either way transportation is an integral part of supply chain and must be managed properly to avoid service disruptions. We manage all freight including FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, DHL, FEDEX, USPS by ocean, intermodal, air, train, and truck. Based on the shipment CBM we give you recommendations on the best form of logistics. All so you can focus on running your business. We begin working on customs clearance and filing appropriate paperwork before the product arrives at port to avoid costly delays. Port monitoring allows us to watch for congestion and disturbances; if issues are found we can divert your contain to alternate points of entry coast to coast. After entry we can devanne and palletize if needed or deliver floor loaded product to your door.

Clinically Clean wanted to design a hard surface disinfection system for their clients. We incorporated key modifications into a custom product design that allows them to enhance disinfecting performance & set a competitive differentiating factor in the marketplace.

Our client needed to source gaming console stands for their customers. We located factories, audited factories, wrote technical specification, developed mold, and sourced on their behalf.
