Mold & Plate Setup
Every new design needs its own printing plates and tooling before production can begin. For first orders, we produce the plates that carry your artwork onto the aluminium substrate.
This is a one-time charge per design — $100 for a standard layout, or $200 for specialty work such as extra colours or a full-wrap print. Once made, the same plates are reused for every reorder of that design.
This step lays the foundation for everything that follows — nothing is printed until the tooling matches your artwork exactly.

You supply your artwork, or our design team develops it with you. Nothing goes to production until you approve a digital proof of exactly how it will look.
Printing & Forming
Your approved design is applied to the aluminium substrate, then cured and formed into the finished can or bottle profile — a durable, full-wrap finish that will not peel or fade.
Quality & Dispatch
Every run is inspected for colour accuracy, print registration and structural integrity before packing. Finished goods ship by air or ocean freight from Biloxi, MS.
